Description

The development will consist of the conversion of the existing garage to habitable area, new window to replace the existing garage doors to the front of the house, new window to replace the existing door to the side of the house, internal layout reconfiguration at ground floor level, modification of the existing window ope to the side of the house and the careful removal of the redundant chimney to the rear of the house.
