8. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: g) The Applicant is requested to submit the following documents in the interests of clarity and providing a full record of the proposed works: i. Updated photographic report for reference and record purposes, numbering all photographs and providing annotation of the printing equipment to be moved from the basement.
