Description

13. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: (b) Works to the public footpath/carriageway including layby, dropped kerb, line markings etc. shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to commencement of the development. Details of materials proposed in public areas and areas to be taken in charge shall be provided and these shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. Any works shall be at the applicant’s expense.
