13. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: (a) The proposed location of the delineation on St. Luke’s Avenue between public footpath and privately maintained landscaping and hardstanding areas as detailed on Taken-in-Charge drawing no. P19-019 and Landscape Plan no. 19D07-DR-201 as well as materials detailed within public areas and areas to be taken-in-charge is no permitted. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit and agree in writing with the planning authority revised proposals which eliminates or significantly minimises any encroachment on the existing public footpath. All materials within public areas and areas to be taken-in-charge shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council.
