Description

4. The existing hedgerow, where it exists, on the northern boundary of the site shall be retained. Prior to the commencement of development details of the existing and proposed boundary (treatment) on the northern side of the site (adjacent with No. 188 Iveragh Road) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. All details so agreed shall be carried out on site. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
