Description

4. The proposed development shall be modified as follows: a) The proposed rear extension shall not project more than 8.57m beyond the rear building line of the house. b) The east elevation of the extension shall have a brick finish to match the remainder of the extension. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for the written agreement of the planning authority, revised plan and elevation drawings complying with the above requirements. Reason: To protect the residential amenity of adjoining properties.
