3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) Both side dormers shall be amended from a flat roof structure to a hipped roof with all elements of the structures to sit a minimum of 200mm below the ridgeline of the dwelling’s hipped roof. The dormers shall match each other in terms of height, width and depth. b) The windows on both side dormer structures shall be no larger or wider than that window at first floor level below on the western elevation. c) The dormer window on the western elevation shall be permanently obscure glazed. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
