Description

The development will consist of widening of the existing vehicular entrance, the demolition of 12sqm existing kitchen extension and 11sqm existing sunroom, both to the rear, and construction of a new ground and first floor extension to the rear, to provide extended kitchen/living/dining area at ground floor and to allow reconfiguration and extension of bedrooms at first floor level.
