Description

9. The requirements of DCC’s Transport Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction and Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including but limited to: traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The Construction and Traffic Management Plan, prior to commencement, must provide detail in relation to the following: iii) Submit details on the location, size, duration and reinstatement works of the proposed off-site car parking area and transportation facilities/infrastructure between the parking area and construction site.
