3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: The proposed roof terrace at the fifth floor of Block A shall be enclosed on all open boundaries by a 1.8 metre obscure screening. Revised drawings and details showing compliance with this requirement shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of residential amenity.
