3. The proposed development shall incorporate the following amendments and revised drawings shall be submitted for written agreement prior to commencement of development: (a) The proposed balcony at the rear of the proposed dwelling, accessed from Bedroom no. 2 shall be omitted in its entirety. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining property.
