5. In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for inclusion in the planning file: • Full drawing survey including photographic record of existing historic boundary. • Detailed schedules of any repair and reinstatement works that are required to the historic boundary with associated material specifications and methodologies. • Drawings and specifications of any new interventions / elements fully detailing them in the context of the existing historic fabric being retained and repaired. To include sections new limestone and brick faced sections with voids behind. • Landscape Plan detailing the extent and planting selection for the garden in front of the main range of the Protected Structure. This should include the new gate lodge boundary which is to be a mature hedging. • Revised site plan omitting all structures – bin stores, bike stores etc. from the areas to the front of the principle façade of the Protected Structure. These are be located to the side or rear, in the garden area near the entrance gate, or screened with hedging. • Detailed drawings and specifications for the new front door and bay window on the single storey extension on the left hand side of the main house. Reason: To protect the character and integrity of the protected structure.
