4. Development shall not commence until revised drawings, plans and particulars showing the following amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing, by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be implemented prior to occupation of the dwelling: a) Both the front and rear sections of the new dwelling shall have a hipped roof profile. b) The roof of the rear section of the new dwelling shall be set a minimum of 0.5m below the ridge height of the front roof.
