2. Prior to commencement of development on site, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings to the Planning Authority, for their written agreement to show the following amendment: a) The first floor element extension to the rear shall be cut back by circa 0.5 metres in depth. b) The ground floor layout shall comprise of one double bedroom and one single bedroom only, (3 person house in total) Reason: To protect the amenities of adjoining properties.
