5. Prior to commencement of development, a revised set of drawings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments. a) The first floor study window to the front elevation shall be omitted and replaced with a velux or boxlight window. Reason: In the interest of residential amenity.
