Description

PERMISSION & RETENTION: For development and the change of use of an existing mixed-use building on this site. The development will consist of the change of use of 2 no. existing units from multi-purpose space (60sqm) and cafe (78.7 sqm) to childcare facility use and the physical amalgamation of these units with the adjoining existing childcare facility (278.8sqm).
