Description

7. Development shall not commence until a detailed landscape plan, sections & elevations, images, outline specification of materials and maintenance prepared by a fully qualified Landscape Architect is submitted for agreement in writing. In particular the landscape submission will include mitigation measures to retain existing trees, roof garden construction, planter soil depths, growing medium, tanking and drainage. The landscape submission is required to be agreed in writing by Parks and Landscape Division. Reason: In the interests of amenity, ecology and sustainable development
