4. Development shall not commence until the landscape scheme has been submitted to and agreed in writing with Dublin City Council’s Parks Landscape and Biodiversity Services Division prior to the commencement of development. Its shall be implemented in the first planting season following completion of the development, and any trees and shrubs which die or are removed within 3 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season. (The landscaping scheme shall have regard to the Guidelines for Open Space Development and Taking in Charge, available from the Parks and Landscape Services Division). (b) All measures and recommendations contained with the Biodiversity Enhancement Plan (May 2022) shall be implemented in the proposed development. Reason: In the interests of amenity, ecology and biodiversity enhancement.
