4. In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority, a detailed salvage strategy for the historic items that are proposed for removal as part of this proposal (such as historic doors, windows glass etc.) so that they can be reused either elsewhere within the house or in another property of similar standing. Reason: To protect the fabric, character and integrity of this protected structure and other protected structures.
