5. Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit the following Conservation related information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: c) Detailed specification/method statement for proposed repairs and refurbishment works; drawing of the full extent of the front railings and gate, and the railings on the steps and party wall, indicating where finials are missing and key defects that require conservation repairs and 1:20 fixing details shall be included for all existing and new balconettes. Reason: To protect the character and integrity of the protected structure.
