2. The applicant shall comply with the following transportation-planning requirements: (b) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of the main contractor, a revised Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound. An independent Road Safety Audit shall be provided for any temporary vehicular construction access proposals and accompanied by plans and elevations detailing the proposed temporary construction site access and shall be submitted for the agreement of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of development. The applicant shall liaise with Dublin City Council Environment and Transportation Department during the construction period. Reason: In the interests of pedestrian and traffic safety and to ensure sustainable modes of transportation.
