5. Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit the following Conservation related information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: e) Mews Building: Detailed methodology for all structural interventions, a detailed materials specification and schedule of site exemplars of site workmanship for repair of all original fabric, internal and external to be inspected and approved by the Conservation Officer.
