Description
3. Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit the following Conservation related information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: a) 1:5 detail of the junction between the proposed new lower ceiling and the window architrave in Bathroom R203. b) Method statement setting out the extent of the required window repairs to include works to cords, sash boxes and adjustment of weights, splicing of rotten timber, replacement of staff beads where required, draught proofing measures, preparation for decoration etc.; 1:20 drawings of all proposed new windows where existing windows are to be removed/replaced (e.g. W304, W104, W105,WB02, WB09, WB05, WB04), with 1:5 details of profiles of glazing bars/meeting rails etc. for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the works commencing.
