Description

EXPP: The development will include the replacement of the existing roof which needs to be replaced. The roof profile will be altered to incorporate and maximise daylight in the rear of the building. The proposed roof will be no higher than the existing ridge height of the current roof. The roof will introduce high level windows that will be placed at a 1 metre set-back from the boundary. The current extension of 38 M2 will reduce in footprint to 34 M2 with the demolition of the rear utility room.
