Description

12. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Section of Dublin City Council; (a) The construction of the development shall be managed in accordance with a Construction Management Plan prepared on behalf of the developer and contractor. This plan shall be developed with reference to the Code of Practice for Construction and Demolition produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council. This plan and all associated documentation should be available on site at all times and must be accessible on request, by Dublin City Council
