2. Prior to commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted for the written approval of the planning authority showing the following amendments: a) The projecting sign shall be omitted. b) The proposed frosted vinyl foil on the upper floor windows shall be omitted. An alternative privacy solution may be considered subject to further detail. c) The proposed light-weight partitions in front of and fully concealing any windows shall be omitted. An alternative solution may be considered subject to further detail. Reason: In the interest of visual amenities.
