3. The development hereby approved shall be amended as follows: (i) The proposed rear pedestrian access to the existing property (No. 68 Shangan Green) shall be omitted and the space incorporated and permanently maintained as private open space for the sole use of the future occupants of the proposed dwelling. Revised plans indicating this amendment shall be submitted to the planning authority for their written agreement prior to the commencement of development on site. Reason: To protect the existing and future residential amenities of the area.
