2. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The north facing windows to the dining area/snug shall incorporate measures to ensure no overlooking of the adjoining property to the north, number 53, occurs. The measures may be limited to the upper sections of the windows i.e. a minimum of 800m down from the underside of the flat roof. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings. Reason: To protect the residential amenity of adjoining properties.
