4. (a) The drainage for the proposed development shall be designed on a completely separate foul and surface water system. (b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The feasibility of providing an increased use of SuDS devices such as filter drains, permeable paving, rainwater harvesting and green roof shall be assessed. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. (c) An appropriate petrol interceptor shall be installed on the internal drain from the car park. Please refer to section 20 of the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0. (d) All private drainage such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. are to be located within the final site boundary. Private drains should not pass through property they do not serve. REASON: To ensure sustainable collection and harvesting of rainwater on-site and to limit run-off rates, and to otherwise protect public health and public water utilities.
