3. Details of pedestrian access facilities to and through the school site, and the segregation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic at the site, shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement prior to the implementation of the new circulatory routes. REASON: To promote and ensure pedestrian comfort and safety, and to encourage sustainable means of travel in an urban area.
