Permission is sought to alter and extend the premises known as Beaumont House and the two immediately adjoining properties to provide 32 no. guest bedroom accommodation as follows: 1. relocate off-license within the ground floor licensed premises and associated internal alterations including provision of toilets, staff facilities and reception area; 2. change use of 1st floor bar, toilets and stores into guest bedroom accommodation; 3. erect 2 no. 1st floor extensions to rear of premises to contain guest bedrooms, 4. change of use of existing adjoining property at 122 Beaumont Road from residential use to guest bedroom accommodation, including removal of existing front porch; 5. carry out all associated alterations to roofs and wall elevations and ancillary site works. Permission also sought to retain basement storage below part of the building and to retain the conversion of first floor accommodation in no. 120 Beaumont Road into guest bedrooms.
