5. A Building Lifecycle Report in accordance with section 6.13 of the Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartments - Guidelines for Planning Authorities issued by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in December, 2020 shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of orderly development.
