Description

The proposed development consist of single storey extension of 77 sq.m. to the rear of the main house comprising a new kitchen, a study, a playroom and a new external terrace. The extension includes roof lightwells and a sedum green roof. The existing outhouse of 22 sq. m. shall be upgraded and extended to provide a single storey ancillary family accommodation of 45 sq.m. The proposal includes landscaping, hardstanding an all associated site works.
