Description

33. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transport Planning Division; a) Prior to the commencement of development and prior to any works to the public road/footpath being agreed, a detailed Service Management Plan shall be submitted for written agreement of the Planning Authority. This shall provide details on the number, type and frequency of service vehicles envisaged for the development and detail the locations from which servicing will occur. As part of this Plan, the exclusive use of on-street loading bays for servicing shall be re-examined and servicing within the basement shall occur in so far as is possible.
