Description

18. The developer shall ensure that the ducting network provided within the scheme shall be capable of connecting directly into any shared duct network provided by Dublin City Council or associated body. Details of this connection shall be provided to Dublin City Council and agreed in advance of the construction of the ducting network within the site area. Reason: To comply with Objective SI10 of the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock SDZ and ensuring the Docklands area supports high quality tech industry through the competitive provision of IT infrastructure.
