Description

17. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall supply a report detailing whether any historic paving, street furniture or maritime features are located with the site area. Where such are identified, the report shall detail how such materials will be re-used on the site; and this will be agreed in writing with Dublin City Council. Reason: To protect the historic character of the Docklands area and to comply with Objective BH9 of the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock SDZ.
