Description

13. The developer shall ensure that the design and installation of heating systems within the development can facilitate integration with a district heating system for the Docklands area. The developer is required to liaise with the Docklands office of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of development to agree details of the heating system to be installed. Reason: To ensure compliance with Objective SI14 of the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock SDZ and the vision for Docklands outlined in Section 3.1 to achieve sustainable urban regeneration.
