9. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit full details of all external signage, including signage to the permitted restaurant/retail units and creche. All signage shall consist of individual lettering, in a scale appropriate to the scale of the development (i.e. not more than 0.4m high in the case of the individual commercial units) in a high quality material such as stainless steel. Any illumination shall consist of backlighting. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
