Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The intention is to repair the external envelope of the building for the purposes of making it weather tight and addressing ongoing water penetration into the building. It is our opinion that these works do not constitute development which has a material impact on the subject building and believe that the proposed works are exempted development. We therefore request a section 5 declaration to confirm this.
