Description

SHEC:The development will consist of: (a) the demolition of the existing single storey light industrial buildings on the site, (b) the construction of 6no. three storey townhouses to the rear of the site inclusive of all balconies, roof terraces, roof lights and site works, (c) the construction of a three storey over semi-basement building to the front of the site, comprising a shared single storey and semi-basement garage with 3 no. car lifts to accommodate 6no. cars with shared terrace at first floor level and 2no. one bedroom apartments at first and second floor level, (d) the provision of a revised wider vehicular access to St. Joseph's Avenue from the new garage and pedestrian and bicycle access onto St. Joseph's Avenue via the adjoining mews lane and along with all associated refuse storage, bicycle stores and site works.
