6. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: c) A Parking Management Plan for Block 5 shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to occupation of the development. This shall indicate how spaces will be assigned and how use of the car parking will be continually managed.
