2. The maximum luminance of the totem advertisement display between dusk and dawn shall not exceed 300 candelas per square metre. The applicant shall be required to review the luminance level with the planning authority within 12 months from the final grant date. Reason: To ensure the totem sign does not have any adverse effect on the amenity of the area or road safety.
