5. The requirements of the Conservation Department shall be complied with: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development: (i) Confirmation of the proposed finishes to include walls, roof and window/door openings. (ii) A revised floor plan omitting the cutting back of the chimneybreast at ground floor level to the return. (iii) It is recommended that the applicant consider the impacts of potential damp to the front elevation of the house arising from creating a planted area immediately in front of it. The applicant shall submit a revised landscape strategy to the front of the house that shows a more sympathetic paving material in keeping with the special architectural character of the house. The electric charging point shall be relocated to the southeast corner of the garden, where it can be screened by proposed planting along the southern site boundary to minimise its impact on the front elevation of the house.
