11. The developer shall comply with the following requirement: The existing cobblestones under the archway to the centre of the site shall be retained and reused in the proposed development. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised plans clarifying this for written agreement with the planning authority. Reason: In the interests of preserving and reusing historic fabric of merit.
