4. Prior to commencement of works on site, the applicant shall submit the following drawing to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: a) Revised drawings at a scale of 1:5 of the proposed handrail detail that is as slender as possible. Reason: To protect the character and integrity of the protected structure and to ensure that all new proposals will provide conservation gain.
