Description

20. A Parking Management Plan shall be prepared for the site and submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority. This shall indicate how spaces will be assigned and how the use of car parking will be continually managed. 10% of spaces shall be fitted with electric charging point. The car parking spaces on site shall be solely reserved for the use of residents and shall not be available to the commercial uses as long term commuter parking. Reason: In the interest of orderly development.
