Description

33. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transport Planning Division; g) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of the main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement, with written approval from Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, construction phasing and programme, a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, detail access arrangements for labour, plant and materials and shall indicate the locations of plant and machine compounds. This shall also include details regarding minimising the impact on the nearby LUAS. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during the construction period.
