Description

11. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit a Construction Traffic Management Plan which shall identity mitigation measures for existing operational Luas infrastructure. The Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be agreed with TII and submitted to the planning authority prior to the commencement of development on site.
