5. The applicant shall comply with the following Transport Planning Requirements: (ii) Prior to commencement of development, the Applicant shall submit a revised site layout drawing illustrating: - An area within the private section of the development to accommodate a sheltered cycle parking area accommodating 1 space per staff member which is weather protected, incorporating lighting, safety and security (key/fob access), and ease of access and egress. Reason: in the interests of sustainable travel, proper planning and sustainable development and to ensure an adequate standard of development.
