3. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: a) Confirmation that historic floor boards are to be retained where they survive at upper ground floor and first floor level following the installation of underfloor heating. b) Revised details of the proposed works to the windows omitting the removal and replacement of surviving original glass and historic replacement glass (c.80 years old). All original and historic glass is to be retained. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the front façade of this Protected Structure.
